Her own experience and achievements in managing complex challenges in a demanding fast-paced environment shaped her passion in Leadership and Talent Development, as she deeply empathizes with the leadership challenges of rapidly scaling organizations. This inspired her to pursue a certification in professional coaching approved by International Coaching Federation (ICF).
