Behind Mindgrowth

Prior to coaching, Asmarandhany spent 12+ years in operating and leadership roles at companies like Astra, GroupM, ZALORA, Shopee, and Hypefast. She has experience delivering strategic business impact in multiple industries including media, technology, retail, and consulting.

Her own experience and achievements in managing complex challenges in a demanding fast-paced environment shaped her passion in Leadership and Talent Development, as she deeply empathizes with the leadership challenges of rapidly scaling organizations. This inspired her to pursue a certification in professional coaching approved by International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Her approach is structured, and methodical, which reflects her strong business acumen. Combination of her professional background and coaching frameworks shaped her emphasis on mindfulness & self-awareness.

She has coached 150+ professionals and has worked with 25+ companies to deliver webinars, trainings, and other talent development activities.
